Aminata Sillah is a Dean of Students and works to build a safe, structured, and supportive school culture where students can grow academically and socially. She began her career as a classroom teacher and has since served in leadership roles including grade team leader, Dean of Students, and Dean of Culture, with a focus on student support, strong systems, and family partnership. Ms. Sillah is dedicated to creating positive school environments rooted in strong relationships, consistency, and high expectations for all students. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education from The City College of New York and her Master’s degree in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, and she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Organizational Innovation.
