Jessie Wiener is a Teaching Fellow at Bold Charter School. Her passion for education began in high school when she interned in a third-grade classroom. She continued working with her third-grade students in a summer school program and then at the same school as a paraeducator. Ms. Wiener went on to pursue her passion for children and learning at the University of Michigan, where she earned a degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience with a minor in Education. During college, she continued working with children as a substitute teacher and through pen-pal programs that paired her with children sharing letters back and forth. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in education at Relay Graduate School of Education. As a 2026 Teach For America corps member, Ms. Wiener is excited to join a team of dedicated educators committed to helping every student reach their full potential.
