Ms. Martini was inspired to pursue a career in education through her passion for reading and her connection to the meaningful impact that comes from discussing and writing about literature. She completed her undergraduate degree in English and Theatre at Hunter College and holds a Masters of Arts in Middle Childhood Education from Relay Graduate School. Over the past five years, she has taught Middle School ELA to sixth through eighth grade students in the Bronx. She is passionate about supporting her students as they expand their reading comprehension and discover their own path through building strong critical thinking skills. She has loved continuing to learn about student’s growth as developing critical thinkers and empathetic individuals.
