The best teachers are the most eager learners. We model the growth mindset we expect from our scholars by sustaining a culture of continuous improvement through frequent feedback and practice. In addition to professional development each summer, staff members receive targeted coaching on a regular basis to ensure we are constantly raising the bar.

As a new organization that will grow to serve nearly 500 students in just five years, we offer a variety of leadership trajectories in areas such as curriculum and instruction, operations, school culture, and talent recruitment.

APPLICATION PROCESS

 

1. APPLICATION

After you have found a role that inspires you, apply using the link at the bottom of the page. The application requires basic information, a current resume, and a cover letter outlining your candidacy for the role.

2. PHONE INTERVIEW

If your application is deemed to be a strong fit for BOLD, you will be contacted to set up a phone interview to further discuss your experience and interest in joining our team.

3. IN-PERSON INTERVIEw

While the in-person interview stage varies by role, it will generally consist of a demo lesson, case study, data analysis, and interviews with members of the BOLD leadership team. Additional details will be shared in advance.
